R.I.S.E. sets out to reshape the culture of transition across all social problems for young adults in the community. We assist young adults across all demographics but specifically focus on foster youth/ alumni and vulnerable populations. Many barriers to successfully transitioning into adulthood comes from a disconnect from community resources and belonging. R.I.S.E. sets out to reconnect the young adult to their community and remove barriers to housing stability, good mental/physical health, gainful employment and access to nutritious food. R.I.S.E. believes in self-determination, access to sustainable resources and family stabilization as the targeted outcomes of assistance.

R.I.S.E. not only works with young adults that are apart of vulnerable populations but also provide services to organizations, corporations and professionals who affect their lives. We provide a platform of support, education and opportunities for these professionals so that they may effectively engage and serve vulnerable populations in the community.
